Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of personal information you have shared with us, including:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and contact details
• Property preferences, budget, and configuration interests you shared with us
• Records of your communication with our team (call logs, messages, notes)
• Any other personal information collected through our website, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Google lead forms, or directly by our team

Where applicable law requires us to retain certain records, we may not be able to delete:

• Information related to completed property transactions, which we are required to retain under Indian tax, real estate, and financial regulations
• Records required to comply with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and Karnataka RERA requirements
• Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

For these records, we will continue to apply strict access controls and will retain them only for the period required by law.

To request deletion of your data, please contact us using any of the following:

Please include in your request:

• Your full name
• The phone number and email address you shared with us
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. This is to protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.

We will acknowledge your request within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification, except where law requires longer retention as described above.

If you submitted information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form and you would also like to remove Casatrance's access to your Facebook account, you can do so directly from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings
2. Click "Apps and Websites" in the left menu
3. Find Casatrance in the list of connected apps
4. Click "Remove"

This will revoke Casatrance's permissions on Facebook but does not automatically delete the data we have already collected. To delete the data we hold, please email us using the process above.
